This policy explains which personal data AIMRAN Blog processes, why, for how long and which rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

3. Source of the data
You provide the data directly (contact form, email) or it is generated technically while browsing.
4. Retention
- Server logs: only as long as strictly necessary for security, generally no more than 12 months.
- Contact messages: while the enquiry is handled and, afterwards, for as long as needed to address possible liabilities.
- Cookies: the period indicated for each one in the cookie policy.
5. Recipients and processors
Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. The following providers act as processors or independent controllers, as applicable:

Some of these providers may transfer data internationally (for example, to the United States). Such transfers rely on European Commission adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing, by writing to imranokham@gmail.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for information to verify your identity.
If you believe processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency ( www.aepd.es ).
7. Minors
The site is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data. If we detect such data without parental or guardian authorisation, we will delete it.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), security headers, restricted access and data minimisation.
9. Changes to this policy
